I've used Blue Hat on multiple occasions and everything, from the folks who schedule the call, to the technicians, to the billing and follow up are first rate. It was reported to me that the 2 service technicians left a lot of trash and the associates bathroom had copious amts of urine on the floor and toilet seat. Also, next day the temp did not go below 79 so another technician had to be dispatched.
